Job :

1. Missions :

- The medical visitor's mission is to provide medical information to ENT doctors and maintain a professional relationship with them to promote products and their proper use in accordance with ethics.
- Develop and revive partnerships with ENTs in the region (Fes, Meknes, Oujda, Nador, Berkane).

2. Responsibilities :

- Prospect for new medical partners such as ENT doctors.
- Conduct information, promotion, and advice meetings with healthcare professionals, answer their questions about one or more products and services (characteristics, differentiating advantages).
- Develop relationships with various healthcare professionals.
- Manage visits within the framework of an action plan and teamwork.
- Write activity reports.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of prospecting actions and visits with healthcare professionals.
- Competitive intelligence and reporting of information to superiors.
- Propose and/or develop a sector-specific action plan based on national and regional objectives.
- Analyze results and implement corrective and development actions.
- Develop partnerships and agreements.
- Participate in medical events and professional trade shows to represent the company.
 

Required profile :

3. Skills :

Initial Education: Bachelor's degree/Master's degree (Bac+3/4)

Experience: Previous experience as a medical visitor is mandatory.

• Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Mastery of communication techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical audiology concepts clearly and accessibly.
