Aeolon Morocco is located in the industrial acceleration zone of Betoya, Nador which covers an area of 50 hectares, with a total investment of about 220.8 million euros. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 600 sets with the total employees more than 3,000 people.

Poste :

? Improve product design drawings and process documents, plan and improve production methods and processes to improve work and production efficiency

? Check labor protection equipment, facilities, tools and on-site 6S , and be responsible for waste classification management during the production process.
? Responsible for evaluating performance bonuses for operators within the team and reporting the evaluation results to the production team leader.
? Provide guidance for new employee training and arrange for mentors during the production process.
? Pay close attention to the management of production safety in the team and the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment. Any hidden dangers in equipment and production safety should be reported and resolved in a timely manner.
? Responsible for organizing civilized production and product management of the team, checking the quality of each process and process control points, and supervising team members to strictly follow the operating instructions

Profil recherché :

Educational Background :
? High school education or above.
through Test :
? Familiar with composite materials, FRP related industry work experience, especially wind turbine blade production;
? Serious, responsible, dedicated, strong learning ability, and strong teamwork ability;
? Have strong sense of responsibility and be able to endure hardships and work.
