Poste :

Correct grasp of NCR inspection and release of electronic files, complete and accurate records, and correct use of line stop criteria

1.Complete the daily inspection work according to the daily production tasks;
2.Inspect the spare parts to be inspected according to the operating instructions, quality inspection forms and quality control procedures. Carefully check the material code and name before and during the inspection, fill in the inspection record, and submit it to the engineer;
3.Input of on-duty inspection data , issuance of electronic version of on-duty NCR and archiving of corresponding photos, release of NCR electronic files after skinning inspection and saliva inspection;
4.Summarize and archive various quality inspection records and related information;
5.Monitor the specific implementation of project site quality inspection work, including personnel organization, technical implementation, quality, progress, safety, finished product protection, etc.;
6.Report batch and major quality issues in a timely manner;
7.Assist the quality manager to complete other tasks related to the quality management system;
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Profil recherché :

Educational background : ? Technical secondary school degree or above.
Training experience : ? Training in quality management, product knowledge, etc.
Experience : ? More than 2 years of work experience, at least 1 year of experience in quality management, experience in quality management of FRP and composite materials products is preferred.
Skills and techniques : ? Proficient in using various testing equipment and testing tools; proficient in operating computers and various office software ;
? Have a strong sense of quality and strong quality control standards.
Attitude : ? Have strong learning, analysis, understanding, communication and coordination abilities;
? Have a serious work attitude, be proactive and responsible, and have a strong sense of obedience.
