Poste :

We are looking for an administrative agent to join our team and provide support in the management of administrative and operational tasks.
Responsabilities :

• Manage inbound and/or outbounds calls and communications.
• Follow various communication scripts when speaking to a customer.
• Handle customer engagement.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems.
• Build sustainable customer relationships.
• Improve performance and hit goals.
