Poste :

 The Field Supervisor will act as the on-site representative overseeing the safe handling and transfer of wind turbine blades across various logistical stages-factories, storage yards, and ports. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all activities strictly adhere to the applicable transport manuals and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements. This includes:

- Supervising blade handovers between transport stages.

- Verifying proper assembly and use of transport tooling (TIP FRAME, clamps).

- Ensuring compliance with handling checklists and visual inspections.

- Reporting any non-conformities or damages and escalating incidents.

- Stopping operations when safety or compliance violations are detected.

- Location: Nador

Profil recherché :

As a quality supervisor for blade handling and transport, you ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across all transport stages, intervening when standards or procedures are not followed.

You must have:

- Engineering degree/Bac+5

- 3 to 5 years of experience

- Fluent in both French and English

- Knowledge of wind turbine blades and blade transport monitoring.

- Strong knowledge of quality, product, or quality control methodologies (control plan, Checklists, visual inspection) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify mechanical or procedural deviations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and escalation.
