Poste :

1. Manage office/apartment leasing, OCP access maintenance, and asset procurement;
2. Arrange executive travel schedules and international receptions; coordinate cross-departmental meetings;
3. Execute local recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and labor risk mitigation;
4. Oversee daily reimbursement processes and contract archiving;

Profil recherché :

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher;
2. 2-3 years of multi-faceted management experience; cross-cultural work background preferred;
3. fluency in French, English and Chinese;
4. Expertise in Moroccan labor regulations and end-to-end office operations;
5. Familiarity with agricultural/chemical industries is advantageous.
