Poste :

Purpose of the Job :

• Support Country Finance Director for the overall financial planning, analysis and controlling of Morocco
• Ensure the consistency and delivery of global financial performance and adherence with Country KPIs
• Coordinate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders

Main Responsabilities :

• Coordination, monitoring and analysis of global financial performance (ensure the accuracy, the consistency and adherence of all financial KPIs in close relationship with other operational and support functions)
• Contribute to monthly actual financial reporting process
• Drive the forecast and budget process for the Country
• Communicate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders
• Prepare financials presentations, reports and analysis for local and regional management
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis when requested
• Support the Tender activity when needed
• Support the Country Finance Director for Business Controlling and local compliance
   

Profil recherché :

Educational Requirements :

• Master’s degree in finance
• Experience :
• More than 8 years of experience in finance (financial controlling or FP&A roles…)
• Experience in Transportation/Construction sector is a plus

Educational Requirements :

Technical:

• Experience in Budget/Forecast and performance controlling
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Pack (Excel, PPT, Word…)
• Strong knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Behavioral:

• Fluent in English & French, both written and spoken
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to perform in a multinational and complex environment, create and manage network and connections with global organization, Product Lines and large list of different stakeholders
• Experience for team management
• Ability to present and communicate with senior management
