The primary objective is to operate and maintain the injection blow molding machines efficiently and effectively, producing high-quality parts that meet stringent quality standards. This includes ensuring optimal machine performance, minimizing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity and product quality. A crucial aspect of this role is adherence to all safety regulations and best practices, guaranteeing a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Ultimately, you will contribute to on-time delivery and meeting customer expectations for our critical pharmaceutical packaging products.

Your daily tasks will involve operating and monitoring complex injection blow molding machines. You will set up and adjust machine parameters, ensuring optimal production output and product quality. Regular inspection of products, identification and resolution of minor issues, and effective troubleshooting are key aspects of your role.

• Maintaining detailed records and logs of production data.
• Participating in preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment longevity.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficient workflows.
• Strictly adhering to safety regulations and reporting any safety concerns immediately.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.

You will actively participate in maintaining a clean and organized work area, consistently applying good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Profil recherché :

The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a Bac +3 degree or equivalent, with a specialization in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is a significant asset. Formal training in injection blow molding techniques will be highly advantageous, although exceptional hands-on experience may be considered as an equivalent.

We seek candidates with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in operating injection blow molding machines within a regulated environment, such as the pharmaceutical industry. This experience should demonstrate your ability to handle complex machinery, adhere to strict quality control standards, and troubleshoot effectively. Proven experience in maintaining equipment and proactively identifying areas for improvement is highly valued. A successful applicant will possess a record of meeting production targets and adhering to safety guidelines.
