Purpose:

• As part of the Business Process Manual (BPM) implementation, this position will be responsible to support the IT team in updating the SOP database and performing process validation tasks.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Identify the missing SOP and Processes as part of the IT BPM
• Work with the different team members to support the creation and updating all the SOP and Processes
• Support on the process validation together with the different team members

Education

Requires a university degree in any IT related academic field

Skills (examples hereafter)

• Team work spirit.
• Cross functional knowledge within the IT Infrastructure and Application fields.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• High attention to detail.
• Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
• Requires excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
• Requires exceptional time management due to fast-moving, demanding work environment.
• Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment.
• Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Support on the process validation together with the different team members.
• International mindset and inclusive behaviour.
• Container Terminal business knowledge is a plus.
