Operational Resilience Officer - Rabat

Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :

• Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
• L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
• La production et les infrastructures  (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
• L’Informatique Décisionnelle et  BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

Poste :

Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's resilience program, ensuring it aligns with business objectives,
• Ensure operational resilience by identifying potential disruptions to services and mitigate the impact on customers, reputation, and financial stability,
• Implement operational resilience best practices across the organization,
• Maintain a high standard of resilience in line with ISO22301 standards,
• Conduct risk assessments and develop disaster recovery strategies,
• Ensure the continuity of critical operations and services during disruptive incidents,
• Provide training and awareness sessions for employees on resilience practices and procedures,
• Coordinate and manage incident response during disruptive events,
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with ISO22301 standards,
• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure understanding and implementation of resilience strategies,
• Report on resilience activities and initiatives to senior management.

Profil recherché :

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management or a related field,
• Certified in ISO22301 is a must,
• Proven experience as a resilience officer or similar role in risk management,
• In-depth understanding of risk management and operational resilience concepts and strategies,
• Strong knowledge of ISO22301 standards and requirements,
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a crisis,
• Excellent communication and training skills,
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to understand and assess complex systems quickly,
• Strong leadership skills,
• High-level strategic and operational thinking.
