Are you ready to take on a leadership role in the dynamic world of insurance? We are looking for a RESPONSABLE D'AGENCE D'ASSURANCE to join our team in Salé. This is a unique opportunity to steer a branch within the Assurance / Courtage sector and make a significant impact.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the profitability and growth of the agency, foster strong client relationships, and lead your team to achieve ambitious targets. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will span various crucial areas:

• Overseeing all agency operations, from sales and marketing to client service and claims management.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Managing and motivating a team of insurance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities.

Profil recherché :

A university degree at Bac +4 level is required, ideally with a specialization in Assurance métiers de l.

A minimum of 20 years of experience in the insurance sector is essential, with proven experience in management or leadership roles.
