Senior Financial Planning Analyst - Casablanca

A Global leader in digital service is looking for a FP&A to carry out the production of various financial accounting tasks for the group, responsibilities include:

Poste :

Key accountabilities:

• Leading the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the business
• Take ownership of performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy and drive positive actions
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
• Lead the monthly financial reporting process
• Conduct and consolidate monthly variance analysis, refine, update and maintain our enterprise-wide rolling forecast
• Manage company-wide headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting process

• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, audit or related field
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance/Controlling
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to accuracy, detail, and ability to work independently are required

Language Skills

• Fluency in spoken and written French and English is required
