Poste :

• Provide the needed support to the Project Controls team within the program and standardizing the reporting and the analysis related to planning, scheduling, cost control, change control, EVM, project progress
• To ensure the respect of the project control requirements and mutualizing the PC resources
• To set overall directions and manage the development of JESA’s Project Controls systems
• To consolidate and standardize the reporting on the cost, schedule and resource trends and forecasts on program level
• To consolidate the change management strategy on the program level and coordinate with the Program Director the needed action plan.
• To participate in procedures and WI development to ensure that projects are undertaken cost-effectively & in compliance with company policies
• To promote Project Controls Capability to our clients 
• Project schedule and cost baseline frozen in agreed time frame
• Project change management process established
• Project controls plan in place
• Participate in Safety initiatives (SOR, Safety Discussion…) and risk assessment of work activities.
• Liaise and educate project managers/directors to clarify project control related issues

Profil recherché :

Education :
BA or BS or equivalent related experience
Curricula: Engineering, Sciences, Finance

Experience :
12 Years of Experience Minimum in Project Control ( Cost Control, Estimating, Scheduling).
4 Years as a project control Manager Minimum
