The program PCM/senior PCM supposes to manage the project control activities in one or different projects withing a specific program. This leadership position requires the technical skills to effectively manage and support the program management team in various different locations and projects.
Provide the needed support to the Project Controls team within the program and standardizing the reporting and the analysis related to planning, scheduling, cost control, change control, EVM, project progress
To ensure the respect of the project control requirements and mutualizing the PC resources
To set overall directions and manage the development of JESA’s Project Controls systems
To consolidate and standardize the reporting on the cost, schedule and resource trends and forecasts on program level
To consolidate the change management strategy on the program level and coordinate with the Program Director the needed action plan.
To participate in procedures and WI development to ensure that projects are undertaken cost-effectively & in compliance with company policies
To promote Project Controls Capability to our clients
Project schedule and cost baseline frozen in agreed time frame
Project change management process established
Project controls plan in place
Participate in Safety initiatives (SOR, Safety Discussion…) and risk assessment of work activities.
Liaise and educate project managers/directors to clarify project control related issues
Profil recherché :
BA or BS or equivalent related experience
Curricula: Engineering, Sciences, Finance
12 Years of Experience Minimum in Project Control ( Cost Control, Estimating, Scheduling).
4 Years as a project control Manager Minimum
