Poste :

PURPOSE

Performing accounting, tax and treasury functions (AR/AP/GL) including assisting in preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports;

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

-Support on the accounting structure (appropriate Purchase Group and Cost Center…),

-Support in the month end and year end closure (accruals, intercompany reconciliation, Goods received not yet invoiced…),

-Perform financial reconciliation (Supplier ledger open item, age analysis, DPO, Fixed asset reconciliation, inventory reconciliation…),

-Support accounting manager in audits (external & internal),

-Follow up the treasury transactions and budget,

-Support in Payroll transactions and reconciliation,

-Perform financial figures and analysis for review by the Accounting Manager,

-Coordinating and/or working on special projects/tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or the CFO,

- Support accounting manager in tax declarations,

-Ad-hoc tasks in connection with accounting, financial analysis, tax and legal matters.

Profil recherché :

Education:

• Requires a master degree in finance and accounting fields.

Experience:

Experience in accounting is highly appreciated (minimum 3-4 years preferably with multinational company or accounting department in a big 4 company)

Skills:

• Good understanding of accounting principles and transactions,
• Proficiency in various software applications and programs, specifically EXCEL spreadsheets. ERP preferred,
• Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills,
• Must be organized and be able to keep records and files neatly,
• Must be detail oriented, and with good skills in numbers and general mathematics,
• Very good English level,
• Must be able to exercise good judgment with analytical skills,
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion,
