Job :

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a BAF Manager to lead and coordinate all activities related to admissions, patient coverage (PEC), billing, and administrative processes for patients at our El Hoceima site.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all BAF activities, ensuring the coordination of teams responsible for admissions, patient coverage (PEC), and billing.
• Ensure the proper management of the entire patient administrative process, from admission to discharge and billing.
• Supervise and control processes related to admissions, patient coverage (PEC), billing, and collections.
• Ensure the compliance and completeness of administrative files and information necessary for billing.
• Ensure the accuracy of invoices and compliance with internal procedures and payer requirements.
• Coordinate communication with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
• Identify dysfunctions in the patient process, analyze discrepancies, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators related to admissions, patient coverage (PEC), and billing.
• Optimize processes and ensure continuous improvement of the quality and performance of the patient administrative process.
• Support, coach, and unite administrative teams around performance and quality of service objectives.

Required profile :

Profile sought:
Higher education in management, administration, finance, accounting, or a similar field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, or in managing billing and patient coverage (PEC) within a clinic.
Excellent command of the patient administrative and financial process, from admission to billing.
Strong management and coordination skills for multiple administrative teams.
Good command of computer tools and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Analytical skills, organizational skills, and rigor.
Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to unite teams.
Results-oriented with a strong ability to identify and solve operational issues.
