Job :

Join our dynamic team in the Recruitment / Temporary Staffing sector in Casablanca! As a Recruitment Officer, your main mission will be to actively contribute to identifying and selecting the best talents for our clients.

Your role will be central to the success of our recruitment missions, ensuring a perfect match between the needs of our partner companies and the skills of the candidates you will support. You will participate in the growth and performance of organizations by placing the right people in the right positions.

Your daily responsibilities will be varied and rewarding:

• Analyze the recruitment needs expressed by clients.
• Write and publish job offers on various channels.
• Source potential candidates through various platforms and CV databases.
• Conduct pre-selection interviews and assess skills.
• Present selected candidates to clients and monitor the processes.
• Contribute to administrative management related to recruitment.
• Participate in managing the relationship with candidates throughout their journey.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a 2-year college degree (Bac +2) is required, ideally in the field of Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.

Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, particularly in recruitment or temporary work, will be a major asset for quickly understanding the challenges of the position.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities. The following skills are essential:

• Mastery of sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Good knowledge of the labor market and professions.
• Writing skills for creating offers and reports.
