Job :

Main tasks
Ensure the daily operational management of the restaurant.
Lead, motivate, and support the floor teams to guarantee impeccable service.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and skills development of employees.
Monitor performance indicators and ensure commercial goals are met.
Guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Optimize service organization and ensure perfect coordination between different areas.
Manage complex situations with professionalism and responsiveness.

Required profile :

Training in hospitality, catering, or management.
Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a Manager, Maître d'hôtel, or Operations Manager role in the restaurant industry.
Excellent team management skills.
Service-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
Strong ability to organize and manage priorities.
Proficiency in management and reporting tools.
Fluent French, professional English appreciated.
