Join our dynamic company in the electricity sector, based in Casablanca, as a Painting Workshop Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team and ensure operational excellence in a stimulating environment.

Your role will be essential in achieving the workshop's production, quality, and safety objectives. You will optimize available resources and ensure compliance with the highest standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Organize production and assign tasks among teams.
• Define and monitor objectives (Productivity, OEE, deadlines, safety, and quality).
• Analyze deviations (delays, scrap, stoppages, non-conformities) and initiate corrective actions.
• Manage operators, production supervisors, and train them.
• Ensure the correct application of process parameters.
• Coordinate the link with upstream/downstream steps.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Monitor equipment status and availability.
• Require maintenance monitoring and traceability of interventions (preventive/corrective).
• Ensure traceability of manufactured batches.
• Apply rules for PPE, lockout/tagout, chemical risks, fire/explosion.
• Monitor paint/solvent consumption, control waste, and optimize yields.
• Ensure that mixtures are prepared according to technical data sheets (recipes).
• Participate in the 5S initiative, internal audits, and standardization of operating procedures.
• Produce daily/weekly reports (Quality, production, incidents).

Required profile :

This Painting Workshop Manager position requires an experienced candidate, capable of effectively supervising production and maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with current quality and safety standards.

Profile:

Experience level required in the industry, production, or manufacturing sector.
Education level required: Associate's degree (Bac+2).
Relevant company business sectors for the position: Industry, production, manufacturing, others.

Qualifications and skills:

Experience between 2 and 5 years in a similar role.
Knowledge of production and quality control processes.
Team management and activity coordination skills.
Maintenance and process optimization skills.
