Job :

As part of the upcoming opening of a new restaurant in Dar Bouazza, we are recruiting an experienced Room Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities.
Lead, train, and motivate the service teams.
Ensure the quality of welcome and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with service, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage schedules and optimize operational organization.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

Required profile :

Proven experience as a Room Manager, Maître d'Hôtel, or similar role.
Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
Leadership, organization, and team management abilities.
Good command of French; English is a plus.
Availability and flexible working hours.
