Regional Security Manager - Tout le Maroc

Security company recruiting a regional operations manager for the city of Marrakech / ELJadida / Tangier / Agadir / Casablanca

Job :

Main tasks:

• Preserve the safety and security of sites through actions and proposals to the client.
• Preparation and launch of new markets
• Prepare and communicate deliverables required in the client's CPS;
• Develop and monitor compliance with procedures dictated by the client
• Ensure compliance with schedules issued at the beginning of each month.
• Control site services (Day & Night),
• Establish and sign client attachments,
• Control, monitor and respect the deadline for submitting invoices.
• Guarantee the training and recruitment of agents
• Provide for staff shortages that may occur at sites
• Be the link between the client and the company.
• Issue the need for uniforms and equipment and ensure their follow-up;
• Distribute company mail to clients during travel to sites.
• In case of a workplace accident (AT), follow the supervisor's action and assist them in their task
• Verify the follow-up of administrative files for personnel under their responsibility.
• Verify the follow-up of sanction requests and disciplinary measures

Required profile :

• Required Diploma: BAC + 3 or 4, Specialized degree in "QHSE OR PROXIMITY HR"
• Obtained Diploma: License from the Royal Academy of Meknes.
