LABELVIE CARREFOUR is recruiting Store Assistant Managers in CASABLANCA
Reporting to the store manager, your role is to ensure the management of the store by making sure that your sales revenue and profitability meet the established objectives.
Missions:
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Guarantee the 4 Ps at the Department level (Place. Price. Promotion. Presentation)
• Lead and develop departments based on set objectives (Turnover. Margin. Stock..).
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.
• Respect the commercial policy of the brand.
• Build a good store image and build customer loyalty.
• Organize the work of your team and ensure close management.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
With a BAC+2 education (equivalent to an Associate's degree), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the supermarket industry, during which you have developed the following skills:
• Ability to define margin and selling prices.
• Ability to define product assortments and store layouts.
• Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
• Ability to make proposals to improve results.
• Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
• Autonomy & reactivity, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
