Job :
Assigned to the store's management, your role is to ensure the department's purchases, design/update the technical data sheets for the bakery, pastry, and Viennoiserie ranges, as well as implement commercial offers and create the displays for your area.
To do this, your areas of activity are:
- Performance analysis
- Commercial animation of the department
- Merchandise management
- Competitive intelligence
- Team management
Required profile :
With a Bac +2/3 (Associate's/Bachelor's degree) in Hospitality or Bakery/Pastry, you have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Head Baker or Pastry Chef, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to organize product stock management
- Ability to produce reports
- Ability to conduct negotiations
- Ability to drive performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and monitor indicators
Leadership, Results orientation, Proactivity: impact and persuasion, Interpersonal & communication skills, and Self-control/Stress and conflict management are the assets and key success factors for this position.
