Job :
We are looking for an IT Operations Agent to join our Digital Foundation & Operations department. The main mission is to ensure the functional and technical automatic processing of information systems in production, as well as to handle reported incidents.
Main tasks:
- Ensure the proper execution of automatic processing.
- Perform daily tasks (OS, DB system backups).
- Study and analyze logs generated during batch processing.
- Monitor operational incidents, analyze their causes, and implement corrective measures.
- Communicate and provide visibility on the execution status of automatic processing.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (2-3 years) in IT or equivalent.
- Rigor with a keen eye for detail
- Communication and teamwork skills
