Job :
Your role will be to ensure the proper functioning of the gallery's equipment in order to meet objectives in terms of cost, hygiene, quality, and safety.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Ensure the implementation of the maintenance program: record and analyze preventive work carried out.
- Perform periodic audits of technical activity.
- Prepare work and develop effective intervention methods.
- Inform the site manager about malfunctions and suggest improvements.
- Monitor the work of external service providers (subcontracting).
- Identify and classify technical and historical documentation.
Required profile :
- Bac +2 (2-year technical degree) specialized in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, with proven experience (1 year or more) in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning/Maintenance.
- Be a field-oriented person.
- Available, organized, rigorous, and possessing analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to your area of intervention is essential.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Office).
