Are you comfortable in French and English, and do you enjoy advising, convincing, and offering an exceptional customer experience? Join Cnexia, a specialist in customer relationship management for a major Canadian telecom operator. As a bilingual service & sales agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers regarding cable, internet, and television services, with a real commercial aspect at the heart of your role.

Required profile :

YOUR MISSIONS

Respond to incoming calls from French-speaking and English-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
Diagnose and resolve faults, incidents, and requests related to cable, internet, and TV services.
Ensure customer file follow-up and update information in our CRM tools.

ADDITIONAL SALES ASPECT

Identify sales opportunities during each customer interaction (upsell & cross-sell).
Propose upgrade offers, premium options, and complementary services tailored to the customer's profile.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team (revenue generated, conversion rates).
Contribute to customer retention by highlighting the benefits of current offers.

Profile Sought

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) at a minimum operational level required for both languages.
Proven sales drive: you know how to turn a service call into a sales opportunity, naturally and without pressure.
Call center, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (entry-level candidates with good sales instincts are welcome).
Good active listening skills, ability to understand needs and argue effectively.
Computer literacy, ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously.
Team spirit, enjoyment of challenges, and results-oriented.
