As an agent, you will ensure:
Activation of customer services
Customer support from their first use
Improvement of the customer experience
Identification of sales opportunities

Manage incoming calls in French and English
Ensure the activation and configuration of services
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Support customers for a smooth onboarding
Propose suitable additional offers
Update customer records using CRM tools
