Your role will be central in optimizing human resources management. It will involve developing and deploying HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will be a key player in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, thereby ensuring organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure.
• Recruitment: defining needs, sourcing, interviewing, and following up with new hires.
• Skills development: identifying training needs, implementing, and monitoring training plans.
• Participating in the administrative management of personnel: contracts, payroll, social declarations.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's HR policy.
• Advising and supporting managers on HR matters.
• Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the employee experience.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) level, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel management, or professional Training.

Professional experience of between 3 and 4 years in a generalist HR role is required. This experience should have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of the different aspects of human resources management.

To excel in this role, several skills are essential:

• Excellent command of various HR areas (recruitment, HR administration, legal, labor law, payroll).
• Strong interpersonal skills and recognized listening ability.
• Communication skills, both written and oral.
• Rigorous organization and great autonomy in managing your files.
• Proficiency with computer tools and HR software.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
