Job :
Reporting to the technical support department, your role is to ensure the maintenance, reliability, and availability of equipment and assets by meeting objectives in terms of cost, hygiene, quality, and safety.
Position:
- Ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance program
- Provide corrective/Improvement/Preventive/Proactive maintenance.
- Report malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to safety standards.
- Manage external service providers.
- Actively participate in department projects.
- Monitor the condition of assets through regular, effective, and documented rounds and diagnostics.
- Formalize the technical needs specific to the activity and those of operations.
- Effectively handle customer complaints from internal clients and store neighbors in the best possible time.
- Monitor the technical expense fund.
- Coordinate with the construction team for all work.
- Oversee and receive new construction and remodeling work.
- Contribute to budget preparation.
- Consolidate technician follow-ups and prepare weekly, monthly, or other reporting as needed.
- Recruit, support, evaluate your team and ensure their skill development.
