About the entity
Within the Administrative and Financial Department, the Billing and Debt Collection team is responsible for ensuring the performance of the Sofrecom Group.
Your role
Reporting to the Director of the Billing & Debt Collection department, your mission is to ensure the end-to-end billing process for service contracts for our clients in France and internationally.
Main activities
In coordination with the operational teams of the entities for which you work, and with the support of our billing experts, you will manage the entire billing process for a given scope:
• Receipt of the billing request
• Verification of billing requests in accordance with Purchase Orders
• Creation of invoices in the OFusion tool
• Issuance of customer invoices
• Recording and tracking of issued invoices
Required profile :
You are pursuing a Bac+2/Bac+3 (Associate's/Bachelor's degree) in administrative and financial contract management.
You have a great sense of organization and confidentiality.
You have good interpersonal skills and are versatile.
You are rigorous and know how to manage priorities and deadlines.
Your mastery of English (written and spoken, in particular) gives you the necessary ease to work in an international environment.
You have a very good command of the Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
