Job :

Within the Human Resources department, your responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in the implementation of training policies;
  • Manage the schedule for carrying out training actions
  • Manage training logistics and support participants
  • Participate in the development of training plans;
  • Implement and manage the training process (training engineering, delivery, and evaluation, etc.);
  • Advise and support employees and entities in analyzing training needs;
  • Monitor training performance indicators;
  • Develop periodic training reports for the Group

Required profile :

  • Experience of at least 3 years in managing and steering training projects
  • Experience in training engineering, including needs analysis, design, and evaluation of programs
  • Passionate about innovation, with a strong ability to integrate new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, into training processes
  • Dynamic, proactive, and with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
  • Good command of Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
