Within the Human Resources department, your responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the implementation of training policies;
- Manage the schedule for carrying out training actions
- Manage training logistics and support participants
- Participate in the development of training plans;
- Implement and manage the training process (training engineering, delivery, and evaluation, etc.);
- Advise and support employees and entities in analyzing training needs;
- Monitor training performance indicators;
- Develop periodic training reports for the Group
Required profile :
- Experience of at least 3 years in managing and steering training projects
- Experience in training engineering, including needs analysis, design, and evaluation of programs
- Passionate about innovation, with a strong ability to integrate new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, into training processes
- Dynamic, proactive, and with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Good command of Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
