As part of our business development, we are recruiting a Training Officer to support the deployment and optimization of our training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and deployment of training activities
- Contribute to the design of educational materials and tools
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of training, particularly the management of trainer files
- Monitor and analyze training evaluations (immediate and delayed)
- Evaluate participant performance through summaries of theoretical and practical training
- Grade quizzes and tests, communicate and archive results
- Prepare reporting and training activity summaries
Profile sought
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good command of office and analysis tools (Excel, reporting tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of training engineering and educational methods
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills
