Job :
As part of the development of our network, we are recruiting an HR Officer in Rabat.
Main mission:
To manage all HR activities in the region, ensuring administrative compliance, meeting recruitment needs, adhering to standard staffing levels, and controlling payroll costs, while managing field HR teams.
Missions & Responsibilities:
- Anticipate recruitment needs in line with store openings and target staffing levels per store.
- Supervise and manage recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Ensure the administrative management of staff (contracts, absences, timekeeping, trial periods).
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of variable payroll data.
- Monitor skills development, support career paths, and internal mobility.
- Manage, coach, and develop the skills of Regional HR Supervisors.
- Manage HR indicators and produce regular reports.
- Ensure consistency and application of HR policies across the entire region.
- Manage social relations and support managers in handling sensitive situations.
- Be the reference HR contact at the regional level and contribute to employer branding.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational HR, ideally in a multi-site environment or retail.
- Strong skills in HR management, labor law, and team management.
- Leadership, rigor, analytical skills, and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a field business partner.
