Reporting to the store management, your role is to define how the Group's commercial policy is applied within the Non-Food department.

To do this, your areas of responsibility are:

Product range monitoring
Commercial promotion (promotional activities, marketing, etc.)
Compliance with hygiene standards and current regulations
Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (turnover, margins, consumables, etc.)
Team management

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, you have over 3 years of experience in which you have developed the following skills:

Ability to organize product stock management
Ability to monitor and assist in the execution of store layout plans
Ability to manage and report on activity performance within your scope and monitor indicators
Ability to conduct negotiations
Ability to follow procedures
