Job :

As part of the development of our activity, we are recruiting a Head of Offer & Performance Department to lead the offer strategy, analyze commercial performance, and support decision-making to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth.

Your main responsibilities

Leading the offer and performance

  • Define and implement the offer strategy in line with commercial objectives and customer expectations.
  • Ensure the monitoring and optimization of performance indicators (turnover, margin, average basket, retention rate, product availability, profitability, etc.).
  • Identify growth levers and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Lead profitability analyses by category, assortment, geographical area, or customer segment.

Analysis and decision support

  • Provide management with strategic analyses to guide commercial decisions.
  • Build and develop steering dashboards and decision-support tools.
  • Measure the impact of commercial actions, promotions, and offer evolutions.
  • Develop performance forecasting and monitoring models.

Management and cross-functional coordination

  • Supervise and develop teams responsible for performance analysis and offer management.
  • Lead steering committees and ensure the follow-up of action plans with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, customer relations, product, and finance teams to align business priorities.
  • Ensure the reliability of data and the quality of reports provided to managers.

Continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize steering processes and tools.
  • Contribute to business transformation and digitalization projects.
  • Implement best practices for performance monitoring and offer management.
Profile sought
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business School, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in functions related to commercial performance, category management, offer management, or business steering, ideally in the FMCG, Retail, or Distribution sector.
  • Strong command of data analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in team management and cross-functional project management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Results-oriented, leadership, and strong ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
