Job :
Assigned to Carrefour Hypermarché and reporting to the Store Manager, your role is to define how the Group's commercial policy will be applied within the fresh products department.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Product range monitoring
• Sales promotion (promotional activities, marketing, etc.)
• Compliance with hygiene standards and current regulations
• Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (sales, margins, consumables, etc.)
• Team management
Required profile :
With a Bachelor's or Master's degree, you have more than 3 years of proven experience as a Fresh Products Manager, during which you have developed the following skills:
• Ability to manage the commercial activities of the departments under your responsibility
• Ability to monitor activity performance (reporting) within your scope and track indicators
• Ability to manage the human resources available to you
• Ability to conduct negotiations
Customer service orientation, Leadership, Initiative & Responsiveness, Interpersonal and communication skills, and Developing others/team management are the assets and key success factors for this position.
