As part of the expansion of our Supeco Business Unit, we are looking for Regional Department Managers to support our development and lead our activities in the various regions of Morocco.
Missions & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Department, your main missions will be:
- Conduct ongoing competitive monitoring to identify opportunities and risks in your area.
- Supervise, coach, and support store teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with brand standards.
- Manage the commercial, financial, and operational performance of your region.
- Analyze performance indicators and implement action plans necessary to achieve objectives.
- Ensure the correct application of company procedures and policies.
- Support the opening of new stores and contribute to the network's development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the in-store experience.
- Develop team skills and promote a culture of performance and commitment.
Required profile :
- Graduated with a Bac+5 degree (Business School, Management, or equivalent).
- You have at least 6 years of experience in managing a profit center, ideally in the hypermarket sector.
- You have held a Store Manager or Department Manager position with significant managerial and operational responsibility.
- You have excellent skills in team management, performance management, and operational management.
- Geographically mobile, you are ready to work in different regions of the Kingdom.
