As part of the growth of our E-commerce business, we are hiring an E-commerce Coach & Deployment specialist to support the rollout of our sales strategy in the field and help speed up the adoption of our digital solutions by our professional clients.
Your main tasks
Sales Deployment
Ensure the deployment of the E-commerce sales strategy in the field.
Identify and develop areas with strong sales potential.
Support the opening of new sectors and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
Analyze feedback from the field and suggest improvements for the offer, service, and customer experience.
Ensure the achievement of customer development and activation goals.
Coaching and Training
Train and support sales teams to improve their operational efficiency.
Design and implement training materials and programs suitable for different customer profiles.
Participate in the onboarding, evaluation, and skill development of field staff.
Promote good sales and digital practices.
Performance Management
Monitor performance indicators and analyze team results.
Support Team Leads in managing their activities and achieving their goals.
Implement corrective action plans and monitor their progress.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and organization.
Required profile :
Profile sought
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the traditional FMCG or distribution sector.
Good knowledge of traditional distribution channels.
Proficiency in performance analysis and monitoring tools.
Excellent communication, training, and coaching skills.
Leadership, field-oriented, autonomous, and results-driven.
