Your mission will be to manage fiber orders across the entire metropolitan area and overseas territories!
By acting on the production chain, by taking charge of:
IT issues within your scope of activity
Multichannel requests within your responsibility
• You ensure proactive handling of customer orders through real-time management of customer and IT blocking issues.
• You contribute to a positive customer experience by respecting production deadlines.
• You inform customers of any changes in delivery conditions.
• You actively participate in improving internal and cross-functional processes to offer our customers a quality experience and a different relationship.
Required profile :
Your motivation is unwavering, and the customer is your priority.
• You are very curious, and your ability to learn is your strength.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Thanks to your rigor, you know how to respect processes.
• You enjoy working on technical subjects and are comfortable using IT tools.
• A degree (bac + 2) in business or technical field.
• You have a technical aptitude to manage our clients' fiber commercial orders.
• You will be supported in your skill development.
• Knowledge of the FTTH network would be a plus.
• The international environment in which Sofrecom operates requires perfect command of French, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of English.
