Your main mission will be to ensure professional and efficient handling of customer requests, while developing a lasting trusting relationship through active listening and solutions tailored to expressed needs. On a daily basis, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Handle customer reception and support by phone;
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized responses;
- Inform, guide, and advise customers on the products and services offered;
- Manage complaints with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness;
- Ensure follow-up of customer files and guarantee reliable and accurate feedback.

The profile we are looking for:

- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Very good listening and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze needs and provide appropriate solutions;

- Good command of computer tools and customer relationship platforms;
