Job :
Within the IT Consulting department, you will be involved in France and internationally in missions of audit, design, and implementation of fraud detection and prevention solutions, as well as revenue assurance. You will support our clients in defining their RA and fraud strategy, relying on best market practices and standards, particularly TM Forum and other specific frameworks for security and risk management.
Main missions:
• Audit information systems and processes related to risk and revenue management, in compliance with recognized frameworks and standards (TM Forum and other sector standards).
• Contribute to the definition of RA and fraud master plans, in line with business, technological, and operational challenges.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, identifying priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and resources needed for the implementation of target solutions.
• Design and support the implementation of fraud detection and prevention solutions, integrating modern architectures (API, microservices, event-driven).
• Write specifications, analyze responses to calls for tenders, and select technological partners.
• Lead the collection of needs, define problem scopes, and write summary and consultation deliverables.
• Contribute to the modernization of systems and processes, particularly through the integration of automated, intelligent, and scalable solutions.
• Maintain technological and regulatory watch to anticipate market and risk evolutions.
Required profile :
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in risk management, fraud, or information system security, with strong experience in RA and fraud audit.
• You have in-depth knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (TM Forum and other sector standards).
• You have experience in implementing fraud detection, revenue management, or IT security solutions.
• You have good knowledge of market RA/fraud solutions, such as SUBEX, WeDo, Comvia, etc.
• You are proficient in analysis, modeling, and specification writing tools.
• You are comfortable facilitating workshops, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting change.

• Audit and analysis of complex information systems.
• Development of strategic and operational roadmaps.
• Design and implementation of target solutions (architecture, integration).
• Mastery of standards and methods (TM Forum and other sector frameworks).
• Writing of scoping, summary, and consultation deliverables.
