Main responsibilities
Personal management:
Follows the company hygiene and safety rules.
Participates in internal audits when requested.
Participates in Lean activities carried out by the company.
Participates in workshops and meetings.
Participates in Benchmarking studies when requested.
Manage Wrike activity and fulfillment
Manufacturing Design Preparation:
Creation of industrial 2D drawings and relevant deliveries
Analyze/prepare design change requests according to internal and customer drawings
Engineering change management:
ECO Processing for engineering changes and for new drawings
Identifies, catalogs and analyzes the documents, standards, specifications assigned to the product.
Manages PN follow up file
Identifies new component and manages related tasks in regard to New PN creations and registration
Ensures compliance to DFM rules during engineering change processing"
Analytical & Problem Solving:
Identifies new crimping combinations and make appropriate requests to relevant entities: Analyses Handling manuals, Supplier and customer specifications, Standards related to products
Performs splice matrix and DC matrix and complete analysis with appropriate data
Supports in problem analysis
Participates in the analysis and management of claims (8D, 5 Whys).
Communication and Teamworking:
Communicates with CSC for changes implementation, supports Yazaki Production plants in case of questions or requests
Supports other internal functional units
Supports in Customer drawing processing, customer request analysis and ECRs creation"
VA/VE and DFM activities "-Supports at cost reduction activities
Supports at cost reduction activities, prepares analysis for DFM activities, participate to the follow-up meetings and assure implementation of assigned actions"
Processes Policies and Procedures Comply with all company's processes, policies and procedures both on local and central level (including Global HQ); align these with local legislation and requirements.
