Mission Context
As part of new site operations and 5G Reorganization, the consultant will be responsible for checking the compliance of the "Dossiers des Ouvrages Exécutés" (DOE) carried out by the Engineering Offices (MOE).
The checks are carried out after a first level of verification by control offices (e.g., Bureau Veritas). The mission consists of ensuring that all technical, documentary, and contractual requirements are met, and identifying undetected or untreated non-conformities.
Training and support are provided at the start of the mission.
Main Missions
• Check the DOE for new sites and 5G redevelopments
• Verify the documents present in ORANGE's OPM tool, including:
o Photos of the work (coherence, quality, compliance)
o Plans (site plans, technical area plans, etc.)
o Technical and administrative documents
• Identify and formalize non-conformities not addressed by the control offices
• Verify the correct completion of information in complementary tools
• Ensure compliance with specifications and quality rules.
• Liaise with:
o Several MOEs (e.g., Axians, Circet, etc.)
o Several control offices
o ORANGE internal teams (CDP)
Monitoring and Reporting
• Update tracking tables in Excel
• Participate in and produce KPIs, quality indicators, and charts
• Contribute to regular activity reporting for control
Training and Development
• Initial training on:
o Tools (OPM and associated applications)
o DOE process
o Technical and quality requirements
• Progressive skill development in:
o Quality control
o Non-conformity analysis
• Opportunity to take on new subjects within the same scope (quality, cross-functional, continuous improvement)
Technical Skills:
• First experience or training in telecommunications
• Basic knowledge of telecom work and/or DOE appreciated
• Ability to read and understand specifications
• Good command of Office Suite, especially Excel (tables, formulas, charts)

• Rigor and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and meet requirements
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
• Technical curiosity and desire to develop skills
