Within the Network and Backbone Infrastructure team, an infrastructure deployment administrator is responsible for:
• Ensuring network deployment operations by guaranteeing compliance with current processes and deadlines and ensuring the updating of
referential documents
• Carrying out infrastructure acceptance test files and validating good deployments
• Acting as the liaison with the domain infrastructure operators.
• Analyzing customer needs, advising them, and proposing solutions.
• Participating in the automation of business tasks within the team
• Participating in the continuous improvement of your activity and interactions with the ecosystem
• Planning connectivity tests for links (fiber, console, copper) of blade chassis.
• Configurations, deployments, proposing solutions to various problems encountered on chassis.
• Ensuring the monitoring of deployment activity through weekly presentations on the progress of chassis.
• Populating referential documents (wiring diagrams, IP addressing, VLANs, etc.)
• Configuration of block/island and chassis infrastructures
• Carrying out SWAP and Refresh requests
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac +5 level).
- You are meticulous,
- You are focused on listening and providing quality customer service
- You are recognized for your ability to cooperate in a team and cross-functionally, and for your assertiveness
- You have good communication skills and know how to interact agilely with many stakeholders in an evolving environment
- You are creative and proactive
- You have a good command of English in the technical field
The technical knowledge below is necessary for your application. However, depending on your experience, training may be offered to help you develop your skills:
- Administration of TCP/IP network components, Switching and routing
- Use of Linux, Solaris, Windows operating systems
- Network architectures, technologies, and network protocols (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP)
- Network equipment (Switches, Routers: Cisco, Juniper & ARISTA, Switch modules: Cisco & BNT, qfbarics, Esm MX5108n, management modules, blades, MX7000 blade chassis, Opengear 7216)
- Operating tools (Cacti, Sylog-ng, NNMi, BMC BNA, WAB, Phare, Grapa, gepemoto, POS...)
- Development, Scripting, and automation.
