By acting on the production chain, by taking charge of:
IT incidents in your area of activity
Multichannel requests within your scope
• You ensure proactive customer order management through real-time handling of customer and IT blocking issues.
• You contribute to a positive customer experience by respecting production deadlines.
• You inform clients of any changes in delivery conditions.
• You actively participate in the improvement of internal and cross-functional processes to offer our clients a quality journey and a differentiated relationship.
Required profile :

• You are very curious, and your learning ability is your strength
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Thanks to your rigor, you know how to follow processes
• You enjoy working on technical topics and easily use computer tools
• You have a Bac+2 degree in business or a technical field
• You have a technical aptitude to manage our clients' fiber commercial orders
• You will be supported in your skill development
• Knowledge of the FTTH network would be a plus
• The international environment in which Sofrecom operates requires perfect command of French, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of English
Your mission will be to develop fiber orders throughout mainland France and its overseas territories!
