Job :
Assigned to the Information Systems Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and compliance of IT equipment provided to users.
Your main tasks:
- Provide first-level support and handle user incidents related to the use of store tools (Sales tools, mobility), escalate to central support - Helpdesk - if necessary.
- Report malfunctions related to central IS to the central support team - Helpdesk - and follow up on them.
- Manage hardware problems in stores (cash registers, scales, PDAs, switches/firewalls...).
- Oversee hardware installations during store openings (cash registers, scales).
- Install PCs to be provided to store users.
- Conduct inventories of store equipment.
- Prepare intervention reports when dealing with store-level problems.
Required profile :
- Bac +2/Bac+3 degree in IT (infrastructure, support, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of IT tools.
- Mastery of the group's systems and solutions.
- Ability to install and integrate hardware (network equipment, peripherals) in the production environment and configure resources.
- Mastery of methods for analyzing incidents and server performance.
- Mastery of IT and telecom security rules.
- Ability to write installation and operation manuals for network and telecom equipment.
