To strengthen our IT recruitment team, we are looking for an IT Tech Sourcer whose mission will be to assist and support recruiters in finding and identifying IT talent (Developers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, System Support Engineers, Security Architects, Product Owners, Quality Analysts, etc.).

As part of an agile team that promotes collaboration and complementarity, you will have the opportunity to deepen your practical knowledge in identifying profiles, approaching them, and pre-evaluating them, and assembling the standard application file to be sent to the Hiring Manager.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of your missions:


  • Identify profiles to recruit through meetings with Hiring Managers and recruiters
  • Post job ads on all specialized job boards
  • Conduct talent searches through LinkedIn search
  • Develop new sourcing methods
  • Ensure the creation and expansion of an active database of qualified candidates
  • Act as a partner to recruitment managers in the search, identification, and qualification of profiles

Required Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Sourcer within a multinational group or a specialized recruitment agency
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proficiency in boolean search techniques for candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • A good team player, who knows how to position themselves within a team and add value
  • An organized, collaborative, and dynamic person
  • A desire to grow in the IT recruitment field
