Conduct performance monthly and bi-annual reviews
Create and nurture a culture of performance and over achievement within your team
Onboard, develop skills, upskill, train and ensure that your teams skills are always in concordance with the HM requirements
Manage discipline, absenteism, work ways and ensure that Cnexias business rules and policies and respected and applied by all tech team
Hold regular touch point with your team, the service delivery manager and the Hiring manager to guarantee a day-to-day monitoring of the delivery and team progress in correspondence to the different projects your team is involved in

Required Skills and Experience
3 years working experience Team management in a highly demanding Tech environment.
Bachelor Education Level in an advanced it field (preferably development, project management, Dataetc.)
A previous experience as an Team lead in a multi-national bilingual (Eng+Fr) environment
Experience with agile Management approach
Experience with project management
Experience with service delivery management
Service oriented, and autonomous
Proactive, innovative, and critical thinker
Good communication skills in English and French
