Your tasks are:
- Lead and manage a sales force,
- Ensure the development of turnover and profit margin,
- Ensure the follow-up of product ranges and their placement in the department,
- Manage stocks and supplies by anticipating customer needs,
- Implement commercial actions to stimulate sales,
- Apply and enforce food hygiene and safety rules#^
With higher education, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsible, rigorous, and passionate about large-scale retail, you are proficient with computer tools.
Available and geographically mobile, you are a field person with strong managerial and commercial skills (focused on results and objectives).
