Assigned to the hypermarket, your role is to manage your department, ensuring that your turnover and profitability meet the established objectives.
To do this, your areas of achievement are:
- Ensure good department management,
- Achieve objectives for margins, stock, productivity, spoilage, and out-of-stock rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and provide support,
- Adhere to the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
With a minimum of a 3-year degree in Commerce/Management, you have 3 or more years of experience in Home Appliances and Multimedia, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
- Ability to make suggestions to improve results,
- Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
Autonomy & responsiveness, customer service and interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
