Job :
Assigned to the hypermarket, your role is to ensure the management of your department by making sure that your sales and profitability targets are met.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Ensure good department management,
- Meet targets for profit margins, stock, productivity, spoilage, and out-of-stock rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and support them,
- Follow the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
- Check compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.

With a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Commerce/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in RETAIL and have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
- Ability to make suggestions to improve results,
- Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
- Autonomy & reactivity, a sense of service and interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
